October 8, 2018 will mark the 700th episode of Show Tunes in the Afternoon, hosted by ‘Lectric Lar’ on WUMD.ROCKS, formerly FM 89.3 WUMD in North Dartmouth, MA.
It all started nearly 14 years ago with the opening show on February 14, 2005.
The show features music from Broadway, Off-Broadway, Almost-Broadway and London musical theatre. The classics and the seldom heard songs are presented every week, as well as the weekly featured Broadway Musical, and the Show Tune Tidbit.
