What does “make America great again” mean te me.
It means world respect for what we do. We can start with our constitution and try to live
what it states. A lot of thought and discussion went into formulating it.
Starting out with “We the people of the United States”. To me, that means an enclosure
of our country. Some come in, some go out, but we need an enclosure and rules of entry to perform our tasks. No borders would be chaos in trying to self rule.
Individual rights is justice in enforcement of laws equally to every citizen.
Each individual has to want to be in the United States, not necessarily accepting all the laws, but obeying them until we change them is necessary.
To change the laws, within the precepts of the constitution, is what can makes us great.
The bulk of our constitution is relevant today, because of scientific changes some adjustment
to the mechanics of execution could be made. But like the original constitution, a lot of debate by a lot of people and ideas of the citizens should go into it.
Some of the best laws are the ones that are tweaked to improve.
The greatest change since the formulation of our constitution is the rapid transfer of data.
Written data, visual data, social data. Discipline in reaction is the new need.
I have to learn your rights so I can have mine. Rights for you, rights for me. No rights for
you, no rights for me. The same rights for each citizen.
We have to improve, we owe it to ourselves.
I would love to hear your ideas of what the role of the government should be.
